Instops.com is committed to process all refunds within 24 hours.As Instops is a marketplace, which merely lists the inventory of bus operators but does not provides the service itself.



Who Can Get A Refund?

Refunds are initiated for users who cancel Bus Tickets.
Please refer the Cancellation policy of the Bus Operator from where you booked Tickets.



Instops gives a Refund after it receives the amount from Bus Operator after deducting Cancellation Charges.(Every Bus Operator has their own Cancellation/Refund Charges).



Refunds generally takes upto 7 days of time after receiving the Request. you can also contact us at refund@instops.com
